Shipping and Delivery

At Zenwax Media Pvt Ltd, we understand that your wedding memories are priceless. We are committed to delivering our creative products with the same level of care and precision that went into capturing them.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY (Photos & Films)

Most of our “media” products are delivered digitally to ensure the highest quality and fastest access.

  • Teasers & Reels: We aim to deliver social media teasers and 24-hour reels within 24 to 48 hours of the event conclusion.

  • Digital Galleries: A curated “Preview Gallery” is typically delivered within 15 to 21 business days.

  • Full Cinematic Films: High-resolution edited films are delivered within 90 to 120 days, depending on the complexity of the production and the wedding season.

  • Method of Delivery: Digital files are delivered via secure, high-speed cloud links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or specialized gallery platforms). Links remain active for 6 months; we strongly recommend clients download and backup their files immediately upon receipt.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Wedding Albums & Frames)

For our customized physical products, we follow a rigorous quality-check process.

  • Design Phase: After the Client selects their preferred photos, the album design takes 15 to 20 business days.

  • Approval: Printing only begins once the Client has provided written approval of the digital proof.

  • Production Time: Professional printing and hand-binding take 10 to 15 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Once production is complete, shipping within India typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on the location.

3. SHIPPING DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We ship to all major cities across India via reputed courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery). Shipping within India is usually included in our premium packages unless stated otherwise.

  • International Shipping: For our global clients, we offer international shipping for physical albums. Shipping costs, customs duties, and local taxes incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Client.

4. SCENOGRAPHY & DECOR (On-Site Delivery)

For our floral and decor services, “delivery” refers to the physical setup at the venue.

  • Setup Timeline: Our team will arrive at the venue [X] hours prior to the event (as per the agreed contract) to begin the installation.

  • Completion: We guarantee the “delivery” of the completed floral scenography at least 1 hour before the guest arrival time.

  • Handover: A Zenwax representative will be present on-site to ensure the decor meets the approved design specifications before the event begins.

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

  • Client Delays: The delivery timeline for albums and films is contingent upon the Client providing photo selections and feedback in a timely manner. Zenwax Media is not responsible for delays caused by late responses from the Client.

  • Force Majeure: Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions are beyond our control. We will communicate any such delays to you immediately.

6. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

While we pack our physical products in high-grade protective packaging, accidents can happen.

  • If your wedding album or frame arrives damaged, please follow the steps outlined in our [Refunds & Returns Policy] within 48 hours.

7. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For all physical shipments, a tracking number and the name of the courier partner will be shared via email/WhatsApp once the package is dispatched.
