Refunds and Cancellations
At Zenwax Media Pvt Ltd, we strive for perfection in every frame and every bloom. Given the highly personalized and creative nature of our services, our policy regarding returns and refunds is outlined below.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
The Client acknowledges that the services provided by Zenwax Media Pvt Ltd involve:

Perishable Goods: Floral decorations and fresh botanicals.

Digital Goods: Photography and cinematography files.

Customized Physical Goods: Printed wedding albums and canvases.
2. RETURNS (Physical Products Only)

Wedding Albums & Prints: Returns are only accepted if the physical product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains printing errors that deviate from the approved digital proof.

Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs/videos of the damaged product.

Resolution: Upon verification, Zenwax Media will arrange for a reprint and replacement of the album at no additional cost to the Client. We do not offer cash refunds for customized physical products.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our industry, the following cannot be “returned” or “refunded”:

Floral Decor: Once the floral installation is completed at the venue, no returns or refunds are possible.

Digital Media: Once the high-resolution digital gallery or final film has been delivered/downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

Service Fees: Fees paid for time, labor, and creative presence at the event are non-refundable once the event has concluded.
4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are only considered in the following specific scenarios:

Service Non-Performance: If Zenwax Media Pvt Ltd fails to show up at the event due to an internal error (not caused by Force Majeure), a 100% refund of all payments made will be issued.

Double Payment: In case of accidental duplicate payments through our online gateway, the excess amount will be refunded.

Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations are governed by our [Booking & Cancellation Policy].
5. ARTISTIC DIFFERENCES
We do not offer refunds based on “artistic taste” or “creative preference.”

Zenwax Media follows a specific aesthetic (as seen in our portfolio).

By booking us, the Client trusts our creative judgment.

Minor re-editing requests (within the scope of the original contract) will be entertained, but they do not qualify for a refund.
6. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINES

Approval: Once a refund request is received, we will inspect the claim and notify you of the approval or rejection.

Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).

Timeline: In accordance with Indian banking standards, refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
